Covid-19 Response

Dear Valued Customer

The Australian Government continues to provide updates and recommendations on measures to be put in place in relation to COVID-19 (Coronavirus). We want to assure you that Hunts Fuel is actively monitoring the situation and continues to evolve in our response as required.

The health and well-being of our staff, customers and the general public is our top priority, combined with a seamless delivery of products and services to you, our valued customer.

In light of the restrictions announced by the government, we would like to advise that:

1. Hunts Fuel Depots will continue to operate:
We have put in place steps to minimise the impact of COVID-19 for our staff and customers. We are trying to keep a business as usual approach however this is changing daily. Please respect our staff and follow any direction given to you by them because we only have your best interest and safety in mind.

2. Service stations, as an essential service, will continue to operate:
The government has currently instigated social distancing and recommends increased personal hygiene as key measures in controlling the spread of the virus. Hunts Fuel have implemented protocols to ensure strict compliance with social distancing and hygiene practices recommended by Australian authorities.
To reduce the amount of contact we encourage Customers to use a Card instead of Cash where possible.

3. Interstate border closures do not impact supply security. As freight and logistics services have been excluded from border closures, interstate bans do not impact our ability to supply fuel or lubricants.

If you are unwell or experiencing cold or flu like symptoms, please do not attend the Hunts Fuel sites or approach Hunts Fuel Staff including Drivers. Instead please call our Head Office on 8664 1240 and we will endeavor to assist you.

Thank you for supporting us in these difficult times.

Stay safe.
